Overview
Eat24 required a standard 404 page and it was a good opportunity for me create something fun and on brand with Eat24's humor. I worked with the copyright team to come up with a fun tagline and this took on a life of it's own when illustrating.

PROCESS
I started out with sketches in my sketchbook of a space sloth, and Once I found the perfect one, I rendered it out in Illustrator, brought it into Sketch and added additional details.
I came up with the idea that the 404 should resemble a moon and worked in Sketch to render it til I was satisfied with it. The result? It was such a huge hit internally with the Grubhub team, people referred to me as the "designer who made the cool 404 page." It was definitely an experiment gone right!
