CONTEXT
Grubhub created a new Post Order Flow for diners in which it was transparent about the order process. But they were looking for iconography, even better, something animated to communicate to the diners the status of their order. So I was tasked to create and animate Icons for every step of the way.

PROCESS
I started out with ideas for iconography then built them out in Illustrator. Brought them into After Effects to provide simple yet effective animations.
We started with Pickup & Delivery Icons. I created the vectors in illustrator and brought them into After Effects to animate them.
They were such a hit with the team that they wanted to use the same style icons and animations for post order flow
